1506 Film is a Naples-based cultural association and film production company dedicated to promoting independent cinema and producing audiovisual works focused on culture, the environment, human rights, and the decolonization of oppressed cultures.
Through documentaries, feature films, and cultural projects of high artistic and social value, the association crafts narratives designed to foster dialogue across communities, territories, and cultures—with a special focus on underrepresented realities and the transformations of contemporary society.
Active both in Italy and internationally, 1506 Film supports emerging filmmakers, fosters international collaborations, and develops projects that blend research, innovation, and civic engagement.

The association was founded and is led by Elisa Flaminia Inno, a writer, director, educator, and artistic director.
